If you're already signed in with your Gmail account, you’ll be taken directly to the homepage. Otherwise, you’ll need to log in with your Gmail credentials. Choose your account and proceed.

Once inside Google Docs, simply drag and drop your JPG photo into the document. You can resize it according to your preference — enlarge or shrink as needed. After adjusting the size, go to the File menu and click on the Download option. From the list of formats, select PDF Document (.pdf).
